Per il potenziamento dell'area Hospitality, ricerchiamo una risorsa junior, precisa e fortemente operativa, che affianchi la funzione Eventi & Marketing del ristorante e supporti, in parallelo, le attività di front office e guest experience delle 3 Rooms. Il ruolo richiede flessibilità, attenzione al dettaglio e capacità di gestire priorità dinamiche in un contesto ad alto standard di servizio.

Responsabilità principali – Area Eventi & Marketing (Ristorante)

  • Supporto alla pianificazione e gestione operativa degli eventi (timeline, materiali, logistica, coordinamento con sala/cucina e interlocutori esterni)
  • Presidio in loco durante eventi selezionati, con gestione delle necessità operative e delle priorità in tempo reale
  • Supporto alle attività di marketing operativo (calendarizzazione, raccolta contenuti, aggiornamento materiali e coordinamento con comunicazione)
  • Attività amministrative di base collegate agli eventi (anagrafiche, conferme, report essenziali)

Responsabilità principali – Area 3 Rooms (Front Office & Guest Experience)

  • Gestione operativa di check-in/check-out e assistenza all'ospite (in presenza e da remoto)
  • Coordinamento quotidiano con housekeeping per predisposizione camere, standard e tempistiche
  • Gestione delle richieste degli ospiti e presidio dell'esperienza, con approccio orientato alla cura e alla risoluzione
  • Aggiornamento delle informazioni operative e monitoraggio della qualità del servizio

Requisiti

  • 0–2 anni di esperienza in hospitality, eventi, front office o ruoli analoghi (anche stage strutturati)
  • Eccellenti capacità organizzative, precisione e affidabilità
  • Buone doti relazionali, riservatezza e orientamento al servizio
  • Attitudine al problem solving e al lavoro in team
  • Italiano fluente; inglese buono (altre lingue gradite)
  • Disponibilità a flessibilità oraria e a presidio eventi quando necessario (inclusi weekend)
