About The Role
We currently have an opportunity for a Guest Services Attendant / Luggage Porter to join our iconic Four Seasons Hotel Milan, Italy

What You Will Do
Reporting into the Guest Services Manager, you will be responsible for guest transport, greeting guests and assisting guests with their luggage during arrival and departure, managing errands including deliveries and collections from guest rooms during their stay, managing the transport of hotel packages and parcels, ensuring a high level of cleanliness in the lobby and luggage storage room, assisting guests at the Front of House Desk, and responding to a wide variety of guest requests, adding your personal recommendations and touches ensuring our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence.

What You Bring
Our Ideal Guest Services Attendant / Luggage Porter candidate will have experience in luxury hospitality operations, a natural talent for ensuring our guests feel at home, have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and an exceptional eye for detail.

We are looking for a special individual who shares our passion for excellence and who delights in the magic of curating special experiences and memories for our guests.

Schedule & Hours
This position is based at the Four Seasons Milan and we will offer a fixed term contract and work schedule requires coverage 24/7 base on 8 hours shifts

You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
