Refresco, il più grande imbottigliatore indipendente al mondo per clienti Retail e brands-A, presente in Europa, Nord America e Australia con oltre 75 stabilimenti e circa dipendenti, è alla ricerca per la propria Business Unit italiana per la sede di Recoaro Terme (VI) di una figura di Plant Administration da inserire all'interno del Team di Stabilimento.

La figura svolgerà le seguenti attività:

  • Gestione centralino e accoglienza visitatori
  • Gestione pratiche amministrative
  • Gestione e aggiornamento anagrafica personale
  • Verifica e chiusura delle presenze
  • Chiusura e gestione cartellini mensili
  • Analisi KPI e predisposizione reportistica interna inerente i flussi ed i processi del payroll e amministrazione

Competenze e requisiti richiesti:

  • Esperienza di almeno un anno nel ruolo
  • Gradito titolo di studio in ambito Amministrativo/Ragioneria/Economico
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint
  • Buona conoscenza del Sistema Gestionale ZUCCHETTI
