Location Manager
per l'ufficio di Venezia all'interno dell'aeroporto

La risorsa si occuperà di:

  • Dirigere e organizzare le prenotazioni e i ritiri
  • Sviluppare relazioni con i fornitori esistenti;
  • Implementare le strategie di localizzazione per massimizzare la redditività e le opportunità di gestione dei ricavi;
  • Sviluppare, monitorare e garantire il rispetto del piano aziendale annuale;
  • Garantire un livello elevato di servizio clienti e gestire eventuali risoluzioni di problemi;
  • Partecipare attivamente alla formazione, al coaching e al tutoraggio di tutto il personale della filiale, monitorandone le prestazioni e discutendo dei punti di forza e delle opportunità di sviluppo;
  • Assicurare che tutte le politiche e le procedure aziendali siano amministrate e seguite in modo appropriato.

Requisiti e competenze richieste:

  • Esperienza nel noleggio auto, ospitalità o turismo
  • Pregressa esperienza manageriale in un contesto dinamico
  • Dimostrata capacità di dirigere e motivare i team
  • Conoscenza approfondita della suite Microsoft Office. Capacità di gestire analisi complesse utilizzando Excel. Ottima conoscenza di PowerPoint.
  • Completano il profilo l'attitudine al servizio clienti, flessibilità, capacità di adattamento e ottime doti comunicative.

Orari
: 40 ore settimanali spalmabili su turni dal Lunedì alla Domenica.
