Hotel Front Desk Representative, This Time Tomorrow, Florence

Are you a passionate, creative and experienced hospitality professional who wants to make a difference in the world of luxury hospitality? This Time Tomorrow is a new hospitality brand that offers curated stays and values privacy, luxury and true local immersion. We are looking for a talented and dynamic Front Desk Representative to join us in creating memorable off-menu experiences for our discerning guests.

What you will do:

  1. Guest Engagement: Proactively engage with guests throughout their journey with This Time Tomorrow: pre-arrival, during their stay and post-stay; all tailored to guest preferences

  2. Experience Management: Design curated personalized itineraries for guests that showcase special events, seasonal moments, and exclusive experiences, and work on upselling

  3. Reservations and Organization Management: Organize all reservations and requests

  4. Manage certain back-office functions and operations for the hotel: service provider management, invoicing, etc.

  5. Be a Team Player: Work with inspiration in a small team dedicated to providing top-notch service with charm and character and be a hands-on person

What you bring:


• 5 years of proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury boutique hotels


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with guests


• In-depth knowledge of the local culture of Florence, its people, attractions & "hidden germs"


• Entrepreneurial mindset and familiarity with hotel reservation and management systems


• Strong computer skills in general and Word and Excel in particular


• Strong customer service skills to meet guest requests and effectively resolve issues


• Fluent in Italian and English, with a third language preferred
