- Analisi settimanale dei riassortimenti e degli stock transfer per gli stores Boggi 1 Linea Seasonal e Shop in Shop: mercato Italia ed International.
- Supporto al Retail Merchandising Manager nella pianificazione in season: individuazione overstock e fabbisogni a livello di product group/item e Country/Store.
- Controllo criticità e definizione di input per il miglioramento dei parametri utilizzati nel tool di replenishment e allocation ; inserimento di eventuali modifiche o integrazioni;
- Analisi Vendite: Sell Out e Sell through. Controllo Giacenze per ottimizzazione stock tra negozi: input per tool di replenishment/allocation e gestione manuale;
- Implementazione trasferimenti e ottimizzazione giacenze NOOS;
- Implementazione impianti merce Carry Over Seasonal e ottimizzazione serie base;
- Utilizzo del tool Allocate per distribuzione quantità / taglie ad integrazione degli ordini bulk per negozi 1 Linea Boggi;
- Invio liste di trasferimento agli stores Italia e follow up operativo;
- Call quindicinali con i field coach per update su attività di merchandising, raccolta feedback e criticità per gestione correttiva in season;
- Analisi e controllo degli stock di magazzino per il riassortimento da magazzini centrali e regionali - Controllo dei fabbisogni dei magazzini regionali per corretto riassortimento negozi;
- Gestione impianti e stock per aperture/chiusure/riaperture stagionali/straordinarie/definitive;
- Implementazione modalità di reso stagionale;
- Inserimento liste di prelievo manuale per riassortimenti ad hoc ed invio comunicazioni a negozi/FC ( carry over, riassortimenti extra, stock per magazzini regionali).
- Supporto alla creazione di reportistiche ad hoc
