This individual will join a highly motivated and collaborative IT team, playing a key role across systems administration and technical support to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of our corporate and international IT environments. • Administering, optimizing, and supporting a wide range of corporate IT systems, including Jira, Confluence, Entra ID, Single-Sign-On, MFA, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Cloud Conference Calling, Cloud PBX platforms, and other cloud-based technologies.
• Researching, engineering, and implementing new technologies—or enhancing existing ones—to support evolving business needs.
• Integrating new applications into our existing network infrastructure, ensuring alignment with technical and architectural standards.
• Implementing and supporting AV and conferencing solutions (e.g., Teams Rooms).
• Delivering responsive, high-quality hardware and software support to international users, ensuring timely resolution and excellent service follow-through.
• Installing, configuring, maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting laptops and workstations (Windows 11 and macOS), iPads, and other peripheral devices.
• Providing software support and guiding users of all technical levels through new or existing programs with clarity and patience.
• Managing onboarding processes for new staff, including hardware setup and coordination for international locations.
• Using our ticketing system to manage and resolve global user requests efficiently, escalating when appropriate and ensuring clear communication throughout.
• Offering remote support to users across multiple regions using modern remote support tools.
• Conducting routine research and diagnostics, consulting with internal and external technical teams, and repairing or replacing equipment as needed.
• Maintaining accurate IT asset management records for systems in production, storage, and retirement.
• Documenting SOPs, how-to guides, and contributing to the IT knowledge base.
• Ensuring strict adherence to IT standards, processes, and regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR, PCI, etc.).
• Office Location - Milan, Italy (hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills You'll Bring to the Team…

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, or related field; equivalent professional certifications and experience also considered.
• 5+ years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in system administration of Entra ID, M365 (SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, MS Teams, OneDrive), and Mobile Device Management tools (Intune, Jamf).
• Experience working remotely with an international or HQ-based team.
• Flexibility to work across multiple time zones when needed.
• Strong ability to assist users of varied technical backgrounds; able to explain complex concepts clearly and respectfully.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive and resourceful mindset.
• Ability to quickly understand technical issues and propose effective solutions.
• Comfortable following established SOPs while also contributing to process improvements.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dispersed team, as well as independently.
• Fluent English—both written and verbal.
• Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding user support.
• High attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Windows 11, macOS, iOS/Android.
• MCSA, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or higher.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  Preferred Qualifications…

• Certifications in Cisco, Microsoft Azure, and/or AWS.
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automated deployments and mass imaging.
