LES FILLES D'EVA is looking for an enthusiastic applicant with proven experience in Wholesale & Showroom Sales to support the commercial team during the Fall 2026 market at our Milano Showroom between December 9th 2025 and March 15th 2026.

As Showroom Sales Assistant you will support LES FILLES D'EVA to achieve global sales targets, build and nurture client relationships, and ensure optimisation of the business in-season. You will be well connected, have in-depth knowledge of the contemporary market and understand the importance of brand positioning. You will have experience in womenswear (primarily ready-to-wear), as well as a strong understanding of international markets and key players.

What your day to day will look like

  • Work closely with Sales Manager on Brand Management
  • Handle Showroom Appointments and Walk-ins alongside Brand's Team
  • Prepare, manage and finalise sales directly dealing with customers through engaging collection presentation
  • Develop strong and trustworthy professional relationships with Clients, proactively supporting them to guarantee all needs are met and in line with LES FILLES D'EVA expectations
  • Guarantee correct Client database maintenance for potential follows up
  • Constantly act in a professional and ethical manner when supporting Clients with the aim of achieving company goals and tackling potential missing opportunities
  • Produce daily Sales Reports to feedback Sales Manager on Brand Performance
  • Always maintain a professional, knowledgeable, positive and proactive attitude
  • Follow Company policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements

  • 5 years of Fashion Wholesale and/or Buying experience. Knowledge of the socialwear - cocktail dresses and ceremony-wear segment is a strong plus
  • Strong knowledge of Retail Business & Markets
  • Good listener, offering excellent service and developing a thorough knowledge of customers
  • Solid Reporting & Analytical Skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and keen eyes for detail
  • Must speak Italian and English (Minimum level B2)
  • Sound knowledge of a second foreign language (Russian, French, German or Spanish)
  • Strong passion for fashion world
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have the legal right and eligibility to work in Italy
