Chief Accountant
con una solida esperienza in contesti strutturati.

Chi cerchiamo?

La figura, inserita nel
team Finance
, sarà responsabile di gestire in autonomia e supervisionare tutte le attività amministrative, contabili e fiscali della società, garantendo la conformità alle normative italiane e internazionali e supportando il management con analisi finanziarie strategiche e report alla direzione.

Tra le principali attività richieste dal ruolo:

  • Supervisione della contabilità generale e delle chiusure mensili/annuali
  • Riconciliazioni di bilancio e predisposizione del bilancio civilistico secondo OIC
  • Reporting settimanale e mensile verso HQ (vendite, cash flow, P&L, stato patrimoniale)
  • Supporto alla compliance societaria e gestione dei rapporti con revisori, consulenti e autorità
  • Gestione delle scadenze fiscali e degli adempimenti normativi
  • Coordinamento operativo del team amministrativo (3 persone)
  • Gestione della tesoreria, cespiti e contabilizzazione dell'inventario
  • Monitoraggio contratti clienti/fornitori, bonus e certificazioni professionali
  • Gestione assicurativa
  • Digitalizzazione e al miglioramento dei processi amministrativi

Cosa ti rende il/la candidato/a ideale?

  • Laurea in Economia
  • Esperienza in amministrazione e reporting civilistico in contesti aziendali internazionali
  • Ottima conoscenza di Excel, OIC e strumenti ERP
  • Inglese fluente per comunicare con HQ
  • Leadership, attitudine al problem solving e capacità di lavorare in team
