La risorsa, in qualità di Project Manager, sarà responsabile della pianificazione, gestione, realizzazione e coordinamento di progetti complessi legati allo sviluppo di nuovi soluzioni o prodotti, assicurando la soddisfazione delle aspettative del cliente e garantendo il rispetto di tempi, costi, qualità e requisiti normativi.Task & ResponsabilitiesPianificazione di attività, priorità, risorse, budget e milestone di progetto, garantendo l'allineamento con gli obiettivi strategici aziendali.Coordinazione di team multidisciplinari.Contatto con stakeholder interni ed esterni, assicurando una comunicazione efficace e strutturata.Monitoraggio dell'avanzamento del progetto, dei rischi ed eventuali scostamenti, proponendo azioni correttive.Gestione e pianificazione dell'interno ciclo di vita del progetto utilizzando un approccio strutturato, integrando elementi Agile in modo graduale e coerente con i processi aziendali esistenti.Monitoraggio e aggiornamento dei KPI di progetto, promuovendo un approccio di miglioramento continuo.Aggiornamento della documentazione richiesta e a corredo del progetto.EducationDiploma di Istituto Tecnico o Laurea in IngegneriaSkills & CompetenciesOttima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)Ottima conoscenza delle logiche di pianificazione, budgeting e controllo di progettoGradita provenienza dal settore metalmeccanico ed esperienza pregressa di almeno 5 anni nel ruoloL'esperienza nel settore medicale con la conoscenza dei relativi processi rappresenta un plusGradita Certificazione di Project Management (PMP/Prince/IPMA)Gradita conoscenza delle metodologie AgileDisponibilità a brevi trasferte in Italia e all'esteroCapacità di leadership, problem solving e gestione delle prioritàProattività e attitudine al miglioramento continuoLocation : STEELCO S.p.A. – Via Balegante 27, Riese Pio X (TV).Department : R&DType of work : full timeOnly applications with attached CVs will be evaluatedInformation pursuant to the New EU Regulation No. ********.The personal data reported in the curriculum vitae will be processed by Steelco S.p.A., with registered office in Riese Pio X - TV, Via Balegante 27 ("Company"), for the selection related to this position or other similar ones.Detailed information also regarding the rights recognized by the legislation on the protection of personal data, can be found in the information notice available on the Company's website at the "Careers" page ( ).
