Spare Parts Technical Support Specialist

Responsabilità:La figura verrà inserita nell'area Spare Parts a diretto riporto dello Spare Parts Director.Si occuperà di garantire il supporto tecnico/commerciale ai clienti in merito ai ricambi, fornendo le informazioni necessarie ad individuare i ricambi adatti per effettuare le riparazioni e aggiornamenti sullo stato e sull'evasione dell'ordine.La risorsa si occuperà di:Ricevere e gestire le richieste dai clienti ricambi e Intercompany in merito ad aspetti tecnici ed eventualmente economici.Interpretare le richieste dei clienti ed individuare la soluzione più idonea, ricercando le informazioni tecniche/commerciali necessarie.Aggiornarsi sui nuovi modelli realizzati e sulle loro peculiarità tecniche sia in fase progettuale sia in fase di esercizio.Analizzare le distinte base delle macchine per individuare i componenti che potenzialmente potrebbero rappresentare un codice ricambio.Aggiornarsi sui listini ricambi.Collaborare con il Service per la risoluzione dei problemi.Requisiti:Laurea in ambito linguistico, economico, ingegneristico;Esperienza minima di 1-2 anni in ambito After Sales;Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2/C1) e di almeno una seconda lingua tra francese e tedesco;Completano il profilo la capacità di comprendere le esigenze del cliente, garantendo la qualità attesa del servizio, proponendo soluzioni efficaci, adottando un approccio collaborativo e una naturale predisposizione al cambiamento e all'apprendimento continuo.
