**Technical and Commercial Spare Parts Support Specialist**:

SPARE PARTS TECHNICIAN.
**RESPONSABILITÀ**:
La figura cercata verrà inserita nello Spare Parts Dept. e, a diretto riporto dello Spare Parts Supervisor e in stretta collaborazione con Purchasing e Customer Service, elaborerà le richieste dei clienti in merito ad aspetti tecnici ed economici, supportandoli nell’individuazione dei ricambi adatti per effettuare sostituzioni/riparazioni di parti e accessori danneggiati.
**In particolare si occuperà di**:
Ricercare le informazioni tecniche necessarie per poter far fronte alle richieste dei clienti;
Analizzare le distinte base delle macchine per individuare i componenti che potenzialmente potrebbero rappresentare un codice ricambio e confermarne la compatibilità;
Ricercare le informazioni provenienti dai fornitori riguardanti la vita attesa dei componenti (Buyer Ricambi);
Collaborare con gli After Sales Engineer per la risoluzione dei problemi;
Gestire il back end del portale ricambi.
**COMPETENZE**:
Laurea in ingegneria meccanica/meccatronica/elettromeccanica;
Capacità di lettura dei disegni meccanici;
Conoscenza dei principali software di progettazione (CAD, Solid Edge) per consultazione di esplosi;
Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti Office (Excel in particolare);
Inglese fluente;
La conoscenza di una seconda lingua è considerata un plus (francese e spagnolo come plus)
Flessibilità, problem solving e capacità relazionali completano il profilo.
