About the role We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive (France) to drive new business for Witboost, a platform that enables enterprises to manage data products through automation, governance and interoperability.This role is for an experienced enterprise seller who knows how to open doors, sell complexity and build long-term value.You will own the French market, working closely with Pre-Sales to land a small number of high-impact, strategic enterprise deals.This is not a volume sales role.It is a position for someone who wants real ownership, influence on go-to-market strategy, and the opportunity to shape how a market is built.This Sales Executive has entrepreneurial drive to operate in a new market segment, with new partners and likes to explore this new territory as a true self-service country lead.How you'll make an impact at WitboostOwn new business development in France, with full responsibility for building pipeline and closing enterprise dealsProactively open conversations with C-level and senior stakeholders (CDO, CIO, Heads of Data, Architecture)Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first contact to closingWork closely with Pre-Sales to shape solution narratives, demos, POCs and MVPsProactively engage prospects to clarify uncertainties, remove roadblocks and keep momentum high throughout the sales cyclePosition Witboost as a strategic platform, not a point solutionBuild trusted relationships based on credibility, not feature sellingCollaborate with partners and resellers where relevantA day in the lifeYou'll report to the Head of GTM and typically :Open new enterprise accounts and expand your executive networkRun discovery sessions focused on organizational and architectural challengesShape opportunities and deal strategy together with Pre-SalesCoordinate demos, workshops and POCs with clear objectivesDrive internal alignment on proposals, pricing and deal structureWhat you bringYou have :*****+ years of experience in enterprise B2B software salesA strong background selling complex platforms (data, analytics, infrastructure, governance, or similar)A proven track record in new business / hunter rolesAn established network in large enterprises and the French data / IT ecosystemExperience closing high-ACV, long-cycle deals with multiple stakeholdersYou are :A true enterprise hunter who enjoys opening doors and selling complexityComfortable owning a territory and shaping go-to-market choicesCurious about how organizations work, not just how tools workStructured, autonomous and accountableAt ease working with architects, platform teams and executivesFluent in French and EnglishWilling to travel as neededWhy WitboostWe offer :Full ownership of the French market, with direct impact on strategy and executionA senior role focused on high-value enterprise deals, not volume sellingA non-commodity product that requires real thinking and positioningA small, focused and dynamic organization, where individual contribution truly mattersStrong growth prospects, with the opportunity to shape how the sales team evolves as the company growsClose collaboration with leadership, Product and Pre-SalesClear ramp and strong Pre-Sales supportCompensationBase salary : 90K -105K (flexible for exceptional profiles)On-target variable compensation above €50,000, with meaningful upside for over-performance, uncappedRealistic targets designed for complex, long-cycle enterprise sales#J-*****-Ljbffr
