We're hiring: Guest Experience Lead (Puglia, Italy) We're looking for an exceptional Guest Experience Lead for the **** season, to take ownership of how our guests feel, and how our masseria estate looks and lives, every day.This is not a front desk role.It's a super important hospitality position for someone who can make guests feel extremely well cared for everyday.The roleYou will help the guest experience to be the best in Puglia everyday, ensuring:engage with clients pre-arrivalguests feel genuinely welcomed, calm, and well looked after - everydayhelp guests with daily planning for excursions, activities and outings if they wishevery room and space is set beautifully and intentionallythe house, gardens, and shared spaces are always ordered, cared for, and fault-free from a guest's perspectiveissues are noticed and resolved before guests ever see themYou'll work closely with chefs, housekeeping, maintenance, and gardens to ensure everything flows.Who this is forYou're likely someone who:has strong hospitality instincts and emotional intelligencenotices when something is "slightly off" and fixes itunderstands that luxury is about restraint, timing, and thoughtfulnessenjoys hosting and takes pride in beautiful, calm environmentsItalian and English fluency are ESSENTIAL.What this role is notnot check-in / check-outnot transactional upsellingnot facilities managementnot reactive firefightingThis role is proactive hospitality leadership, and place making.LocationMasseria Petrarolo near Monopoli & Masseria Pistola, near Alberobello, PugliaInterested?Please apply with a short note and CV.#J-*****-Ljbffr
