Talent Acquisition Specialist at Next GeosolutionsLocation: Naples, ITDo you want to join our vision of a world where a safe, efficient, affordable, and sustainable energy supply is fairly and peacefully accessible across the globe?At Next Geosolutions, we aim to become one of the largest and most excellent international marine survey companies, making a significant impact in achieving this vision.Job DescriptionAs a Proposal Manager, you will support the commercial department in Naples, IT, and Norwich UK, managing offshore geophysical and geotechnical tenders.You will play a key role in securing profitable project opportunities by preparing and submitting client-focused proposals under the guidance of the Commercial Manager, to whom you will report.Additionally, you will provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.Your expertise in marine and land surveying—including geophysical, geotechnical, environmental, and UXO surveys—as well as offshore construction support services, will be crucial.Additionally, you will uphold our Health, Safety, and Quality values and procedures in all aspects of your work.Key ResponsibilitiesExamine tender documentation, including operational provisions, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.Liaise with suppliers, partners, and internal departments to define deliverables.Define and propose technical solutions, methodologies, execution strategies, and draft work schedules.Perform cost calculations and project budgeting.Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in line with client requirements and company guidelines.Engage with clients throughout the bid cycle, attending meetings as needed.Maintain thorough records throughout the bidding process for approval, traceability, and project handover.Participate in business development activities, including social media marketing and conference/trade show attendance.Manage relationships with customers during the tender clarification stages.Develop and execute tender strategies to meet client requirements.Oversee document management, ensuring proper distribution, collection, and archiving of tender-related materials.Conduct peer reviews for each tender to ensure quality and accuracy.Collaborate with Technical, Contract, and Procurement Departments on:Method statements and technical solutionsService/subcontractor selection and contract finalizationWork with Planning & Risk Manager to assess tender risks.Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and expertise to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the tendering process.Who We're Looking For:Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (tender, bid, or proposal manager) within an offshore/marine environment.Prior knowledge or experience with geotechnical or geophysical tenders is preferred.Strong deadline management skills with a flexible and commercially driven approach.Attention to detail and a curious mindset.Persuasive with excellent presentation and leadership skills.If you are ready to take on a senior role in the offshore/marine sector and contribute to a sustainable energy future, we'd love to hear from youApply now and become part of Next GeosolutionsNext Geosolutions provides equal employment opportunity to all individuals regardless of their race, colour, creed, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by state, federal or local law.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSurveying and Mapping ServicesReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Next Geosolutions by 2xGet notified about new Tendering Manager jobs in Naples, Campania, Italy.#J-*****-Ljbffr
