Mansione Randstad Italia, Filiale Office di Cinisello Balsamo, per importante azienda leader mondiale di contenuti &, eventi di business che fornisce ai top executive e alle aziende approfondimenti manageriali all'avanguardia, ricerca un Junior Key Account con inglese e preferibilmente di un'altra lingua straniera (spagnolo) Si propone inizialmente contratto a tempo determinato di un anno con scopo assunzione Orario di lavoro: Full time Luogo: Milano Modalit di lavoro Ibrida con possibilit di 2 giorni a settimana in smart working Ral indicativa: 23k più sistema incentivante Responsabilit Il Junior Key Account, sar inserito in un contesto dinamico e stimolante e con un percorso iniziale di affiancamento e formazione, si occuper principalmente di: - Attivit di vendita attraverso chiamate e mail verso i clienti e i clienti prospect, costruendo e mantenendo solide relazioni - Gestire la relazione con i clienti del portafoglio e le nuove lead (telefonicamente e via email) - Gestire, quando necessario, l'intero processo telefonico di vendita dal primo contatto alla chiusura del contratto - Ricerca e aggiornamento dei dati del portafoglio (se non aggiornati) per migliorare l'intero processo di contatto e vendita - Collaborazione con l'ufficio marketing e con l'operation team per rispondere alle esigenze dei clienti Competenze Si richiedono i seguenti requisiti: - Un'esperienza anche minima di uno o due anni nel ruolo commerciale, preferibilmente maturata nel settore degli eventi o del marketing o delle telecomunicazioni - Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e italiana e preferibilmente dello spagnolo - Buono standing e ottime competenze comunicative e relazionali - Ottime capacit di negoziazione e predisposizione all'attivit commerciale - Conoscenza approfondita del pacchetto office La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.******).
