Ingegnere Civile, Partner e Technical Director di Urti RE Projects srl e Urti Engineering srl Urti Group ricerca un/una Sales Account per l'area commerciale dedicata ai servizi tecnico-immobiliari e di ingegneria.Gestirai relazioni con clienti corporate, svilupperai nuove opportunità commerciali e supporterai la crescita delle business unit del gruppo.Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Sales Account da inserire nel team Business Development & Sales , con responsabilità di sviluppo commerciale, gestione del portafoglio clienti e promozione dei servizi integrati del Gruppo (consulenza tecnico-immobiliare, progettazione, due diligence, servizi RICS, ingegneria e construction management).Responsabilità principaliSviluppo di nuove opportunità commerciali su clienti corporate e PMIGestione attiva del portafoglio clienti: follow-up, fidelizzazione e up-sellingPresentazione dei servizi Urti Group e analisi delle esigenze tecniche e immobiliari dei clientiCollaborazione con i team tecnici interni per la costruzione di offerte e proposte commercialiGestione del processo di vendita: scouting, contatto, meeting, offerte, negoziazione e closingMappatura del mercato, identificazione di nuovi segmenti e partecipazione a eventi di settoreSupporto al coordinamento delle attività marketing in ottica di lead generationLaurea triennale o magistrale (preferibilmente in discipline economiche, gestionali, immobiliari o affini)Esperienza di almeno 1-2 anni in ruoli commerciali B2B (preferibile nel settore servizi, consulenza o immobiliare)Spiccata attitudine alla vendita, alla relazione e alla gestione commerciale di clientiCapacità di presentazione, negoziazione e gestione del ciclo di venditaForte orientamento agli obiettivi e capacità di lavorare in autonomiaPreferibile conoscenza del mondo real estate, tecnico-immobiliare o ingegneristicoOttima padronanza degli strumenti digitali (CRM, Suite Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)Inserimento in un gruppo solido e in forte crescita, attivo su progetti real estate e ingegneristici di rilievoRuolo strategico all'interno della divisione Sales con reali possibilità di crescita professionaleFormazione continua su tecniche di vendita, servizi immobiliari e strumenti digitaliPossibilità di lavorare a stretto contatto con team multidisciplinari (engineering, due diligence, valuation)Ambiente dinamico, professionale e orientato ai risultatiSe vuoi contribuire alla crescita commerciale di un gruppo innovativo e in espansione, invia il tuo CV a indicando nell'oggetto "Candidatura – Sales Account" , oppure candidati direttamente su LinkedIn.#J-*****-Ljbffr
