Join to apply for the Customer Marketing Specialist role at GRIFFON (Bolton Adhesives).Work at Bolton Home & Personal Care.Domain: Marketing & Communication.Schedule: Permanent.Location: Milano, IT.ResponsibilitiesDefine brand activation strategies, translating brand priorities into clear in-store initiatives across channels.Develop and manage category and customer projects, including shelf refitting, visibility and in-store initiatives, in collaboration with the Sales team.Contribute to the definition and rollout of annual category plans, preparing project proposals and presentations for internal stakeholders and customers.Manage annual brand promotions, coordinating activities from concept to execution and monitoring ROI.Monitor in-store execution and activation performance, ensuring consistency between planned activities and implementation, supporting corrective actions when needed.Use sell-out sales data and shopper insights to support project development and post-implementation evaluation.Contribute to the definition of Trade Marketing budgets and manage their progress.QualificationsEducation: Master's degree in Economics or Marketing or related fields.Work Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing.Technical Skills: proficiency in the Office suite, especially Excel.You have a great analytic attitude to support the development of category plans and strategic initiatives, with familiarity with the main commercial and performance KPIs.Soft Skills: proactivity, autonomy, strong results orientation, solid communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.Local Language: Excellent knowledge of Italian and English.BenefitsWork Location: Milan, Via Pirelli.Contract Type: Permanent local contract.Working Hours: Full-time with remote working options available.Bolton is an Italian family-owned fast-moving consumer goods company with 10,500 people located across 60 offices, 17 production facilities, 10 R&D laboratories and 14 vessels worldwide.With a diverse portfolio of over 60 quality brands, Bolton has been enriching the lives of millions of people for more than 75 years, making their everyday more delicious, enjoyable, useful and beautiful.Apply now to join our dynamic team.#J-*****-Ljbffr
