OverviewCustomer Marketing Specialist role at Bolton within the Home Care, Personal Care and Beauty Business Unit, based in Milan HQ.ResponsibilitiesDevelop in-store activation strategies for assigned categories, identifying growth opportunities.Translate brand priorities into clear in-store initiatives across channels.Manage category and customer projects, including shelf refitting, visibility and in-store initiatives with the Sales team.Contribute to the definition and rollout of annual category plans, preparing project proposals and presentations.Manage annual brand promotions, coordinating activities from concept to execution and monitoring ROI.Monitor in-store execution and activation performance, ensuring consistency and supporting corrective actions.Use sell-out data and shopper insights to support project development and post-implementation evaluation.Contribute to the definition of Trade Marketing budgets and manage their progress.QualificationsEducation: Master's degree in Economics, Marketing or related fields.Experience: 2-4 years in Sales and/or Marketing.Technical Skills: proficiency in Office suite, especially Excel; strong analyticalattitude, familiarity with main commercial KPIs.Soft Skills: proactivity, autonomy, results orientation, solid communication skills, ability to work in a dynamic environment.Languages: Excellent Italian knowledge, fluent English.BenefitsLocation: Milan, Via Pirelli.Contract: Permanent local contract.Hours: Full-time with remote working options available.About BoltonBolton is an Italian family-owned fast-moving consumer goods company with 10,500 people distributed across 60 offices, 17 production facilities, 10 R&D laboratories and 14 fishing vessels worldwide.With a diverse portfolio of over 60 quality brands, Bolton has been enriching the lives of millions of people for more than 75 years, making their everyday more delicious, more enjoyable, useful and beautiful.Bolton Home & Personal Care is a Business Unit with a single mission: help people take care of their homes and bodies.Through well-known brands that are loved by millions, such as Winni's and Chilly, they make everyday lives more enjoyable, cleaner, fresher and more beautiful.The Business Unit is fully committed to sustainable development with a particular focus on circularity and sourcing raw materials.ContactCurious to know more about us?Discover more at Bolton.Com.#J-*****-Ljbffr
