Cisalfa Group, presente in Italia e in Germania con 7 società e le insegne Cisalfa Sport, INTERSPORT Voswinkel e SportScheck, con più di 240 negozi e ***** persone, è alla ricerca di una figura Football & Team Sports Category Marketing.La risorsa entrerà a far parte del team Category Marketing e sarà responsabile di progetti volti ad aumentare la notorietà di Cisalfa Sport e ad accrescerne la brand equity in riferimento alla categoria Team Sports.La figura lavorerà a stretto contatto con gli altri membri del team e dipartimenti aziendali, dal Digital agli Acquisti e Vendite.Principali attività e responsabilità Sviluppo ed esecuzione del piano marketing annuale per la categoria di riferimento, usando tutte le leve del marketing mix; Attivazioni PR, influencers marketing ed eventi di categoria; Coordinamento creazione contenuti e supporto alla produzione degli assets; Attivazioni Trade marketing, gestione relazione brand fornitori e raccolta contributi marketing; Analisi di mercato e studio del consumatore per identificare sfide e opportunità di azione; Produzione reportistica attivazioni e monitoraggio budget di competenza.Profilo Laurea in Marketing, Economia o affini; Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni in ruoli di Brand Marketing in ambito FMCG/Fashion/Sport; Conoscenza consolidata del pacchetto MS-Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); Inglese fluente scritto ed orale; Capacitàdi analisi dati e trends, generazione di insights; Plus: esperienza diretta o passione per gli sport di squadra; Completano ilprofilo: spirito di squadra, orientamento al risultato, proattività e passione.#GameOnWithCisalfa Settore: Vendite Ruolo: Marketing/Relazioni esterne Tipo di occupazione: Contratto a tempo indeterminato
