Remote (Europe) - Italian and English speaking €3.5k–€5k/month + *****% commission Future share options We're partnering with a fast-growing European climate-tech SaaS company that helps industrial importers and manufacturers comply with new EU carbon regulations and reduce supply-chain emissions.Their platform automates complex reporting, calculates carbon tax exposure, and provides data that supports greener procurement decisions.With strong market momentum, they're now expanding their commercial team and looking for an Italian-speaking Sales Development Representative / Junior Account Executive to accelerate growth in the Italian market.The Role This position combines outbound SDR work with a pathway into a full Account Executive or Sales leadership role.You'll be responsible for building a pipeline, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales team through demos, proposals, and deal progression.You'll contact senior stakeholders across sustainability, procurement, finance, logistics, and operations in industries like metals, manufacturing, automotive, and commodity trading.Key Responsibilities Perform targeted outbound calling into Italian and other European industrial sectors.Qualify prospects and assess CBAM (carbon regulation) relevance.Book high-quality meetings and support the wider sales process.Participate in product demos alongside senior commercial team members.Assist in proposals and follow-ups, with increasing AE responsibility over time.Maintain an organised pipeline using Pipedrive and outbound automation tools.Ideal Profile Fluent Italian + English.Confident communicator with experience in outbound calling.Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently.Interest in sustainability, SaaS or supply-chain automation.Experience in industrial, logistics, or B2B technical sectors is a plus but not required.Why This Role?Join a climate-tech company addressing one of Europe's most important regulatory shifts.Strong recurring revenue and a product already adopted in heavy industry.Clear progression to full-cycle AE responsibilities.Competitive salary + *****% commissions, paid upfront on annual deals.Equity potential + exposure to senior leadership.Package €3,500 – €5,000/month *******% commission (tiered payouts for booking, demo, proposal, and close) Share options available Fully remote within Europe Apply today If you're a driven Italian speaker looking to step into an early-stage business making waves in a rapidly expanding climate-tech sector, we'd love to hear from you.
