OverviewApplication Manager Refrigeration - East Europe Middle East & Africa (CAREL).Location: Brugine (Padova).The role reports to the Solution Marketing Manager Refrigeration – EEEMEA Region and focuses on identifying and promoting solutions to meet customers' needs.The candidate will operate in the EEMEA Region within the Refrigeration market, coordinating with CAREL subsidiaries in the Region.The role supports the sales organisations in deploying new and existing solutions toward targeted sales channels, providing consultancy in the pre-sales phase and delivering internal and external training and activities.ResponsibilitiesSupport the sales organisations in deploying new and existing solutions toward targeted sales channels.Provide consultancy in the pre-sales phase and deliver internal and external training and activities.Contribute to devising new products by proposing and working on regional solutions; participate in ideation, development and deployment for new opportunities and related go-to-market strategies.Collaborate with the Central Solution Marketing department for Refrigeration on promotional initiatives, defining communication plans, commercial materials, marketing campaigns, events and exhibitions.Analyze trends, conduct market investigations and incorporate voice of the customer to support the growth of CAREL brand and portfolio within the WE region.QualificationsA degree in a technical fieldConsolidated experience in REF equipment, electronics and/or thermodynamics (a plus)Experience in B2B market with international exposure (a plus)Languages: English, Italian; additional European languages are a plusCollaborative team player who values teamwork and contributes to a positive work environmentGoal orientation with good communication and negotiation skillsAbility to organize work by priority, define plans and monitor independently under concurrent deadlinesInternational outlook and desire to work in a multinational contextAvailability to travel up to 30% of working timeShare the values of CAREL Culture CodePlace of work: Brugine, Padova (Veneto).Flexible working approach offeredJob detailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Marketing and Product ManagementIndustries: HVAC and Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
