D&M Research and Consulting , società specializzata in selezione del personale, ricerca, per importante azienda operante nel settore Informatico, un/aProduction Lead .La risorsa si occuperà di garantire la messa in produzione puntuale, scalabile e sicura di soluzioni AI e piattaforme digitali, fungendo da trait d'union tra esigenze di business e execution tecnica e guidando team multidisciplinari verso obiettivi condivisi.Responsabilità principali: Guidare l'intero ciclo di vita progetto (requirements ? go-live ? post-release) coordinando AI Engineer, Software Engineer e DevOps in Agile/Scrum.Definire OKR e roadmap per i 4 team, monitorando tempi, budget, capacità e qualità.Implementare e mantenere pipeline CI/CD e pratiche MLOps (monitoraggio, retraining, roll-back).Ottimizzare processi end-to-end, controllare costi cloud/vendor, presidiare KPI DevOps (lead-time, MTTR) e marginalità.Garantire compliance security & ISO *****; produrre reportistica per CEO e Board.Tradurre i bisogni dei diversi verticali di mercato enterprise in backlog tecnici; supportare il presales su stime e proposte.Promuovere cultura di continuous improvement, knowledge sharing e coaching dei Team Lead.Requisiti minimi: Laurea in Ingegneria Informatica, Informatica o equivalente.= 5 anni nella gestione di progetti software complessi (= 2 come Team/Project Lead).Solida esperienza Agile/Scrum e tool di PM (Jira, Azure DevOps o simili).Ottima padronanza di almeno un linguaggio (Python, JavaScript o Java).Competenze CI/CD, container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes) e cloud (AWS, Azure o GCP).Inglese B2+ e spiccate soft-skills di leadership e comunicazione.Requisiti preferenziali: Background in architetture micro-servizi e IaC (Terraform).Esperienza MLOps e sviluppo AI.Certificazioni PMP/Prince2/Scrum Master o cloud.Esperienza diretta in uno o più verticali enterprise (es. servizi, manufacturing, life sciences, ecc.).Inquadramento : Contratto a tempo indeterminato diretto con l'azienda (budget 50K + bonus + benefit) Formazione continua Modalità di lavoro flessibile (ibrida/remota) e orari orientati al work-life balance.I candidati ambosessi (D.lgs n. ********) sono invitati a leggere l'informativa privacy ai sensi degli artt. 13 e 14 del Reg.EU ********.
