Sr Specialist, Global Regulatory Affairs Herbalife Italy – RomeVia Amsterdam, 125Roma*****About the roleWe're looking for an experienced Senior Specialist, Global Regulatory Affairs to join our dynamic Global Regulatory Affairs team, supporting the Europe & Africa (E&A) sub-region.This role is based in Rome, Italy and plays a key part in ensuring the regulatory compliance of Herbalife products.You'll collaborate cross-functionally with international teams and external regulatory bodies to obtain and maintain product approvals and support the successful commercialization of products across Italy, and other European countries.You will also contribute to regional and global regulatory initiatives and represent Herbalife in trade associations.In this role you will- Ensure regulatory compliance with Italian and European legislation, including for food supplements, foods, personalized nutrition, cosmetics and medical devices.- Support country-specific and regional regulatory projects, including product launches, product maintenance, and labeling compliance.- Lead communication with competent authorities, industry stakeholders, consultants, and attorneys.- Represent Herbalife in local and EU trade associations, advocating for company interests.- Advise cross-functional teams on regulatory requirements and support market access strategies.- Collaborate in cross-functional, multicultural teams, providing expert input and ensuring effective regulatory planning and execution.Our Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences, biology, food science, nutrition, or a related field.- 3–5 years of hands-on regulatory experience in the industry or within regulatory authorities.- Deep knowledge of Italian and European legislation on food products, food supplements and medical devices.- Demonstrated experience in regulatory submissions and product approvals.- Experience leading or supporting cross-regional or global regulatory projects.- Native-level proficiency in Italian and fluency in English (both spoken and written) are required.Spanish is a strong plus.- Proficiency in Agile/Oracle systems and strong MS Office skills.- Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.We offer- International work environment- Annual bonus at company discretion- Hybrid work model (3 days in the office / 2 days from home)- Employee Assistance Program (EAP)- Compulsory health insurance- Access to Herbalife products in the office to prepare your favorite shake- Up to 50% discount on Herbalife products- Lunch vouchers- Personal development opportunities and free access to online learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning- A workplace that encourages continuous improvement and idea-sharing- Extra 2 days (or 16 hours) annually for charity and volunteering activities- Service awards – team lunch celebrations- Opportunities to grow your expertise through coaching, soft skills development, and training sessionsWho we areHerbalife is a global nutrition company that has helped people pursue a healthy, active life since ****.Our nutrition, weight management and personal care products are available exclusively to and through dedicated independent Members in more than 90 countries.Our company offers a culture focused on people, their needs, relationships, and career to help expand talents and a chance to change lives: /.#J-*****-Ljbffr
