Descrizione dell'offerta di lavoroFor a multinational company specialized in developing and manufacturing medical devices and surgical products we are looking for a Customer Service Representative.The resource will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customers' satisfaction through the proactive management of back orders for impacted products or customers.We offer a full-time fixed-term contract until the end of September ****.Work area: Pratica di Mare (Pomezia) and hybrid work position.RAL: €28,000 – €34,000.The post will:be accountable for outbound calls to assigned customers in order to offer alternative products in substitution;manage the replacement offer and order processing following guidelines and procedures;track and report all interactions with customers, recording on the dedicated system all orders, changes, cancellations, delivery dates, application of products and pricing; be responsible for summarizing, analyzing data and reporting results;collaborate with the sales force communicating with a scheduler.The ideal candidate possess:University degree or equivalent;proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel);knowledge of SAP is a plus;good level of English;excellent written and verbal communication skills;interpersonal and teamwork skills;ability to adapt to new systems and procedures.#J-*****-Ljbffr
