Job Description: Closer to Space, closer to the Future: join Telespazio- Leonardo Space Division Leonardo is a leading global industrial group in Aerospace, Defence and Security, delivering advance multi-domain technologies across Helicopters, Aircraft, Aerostructures, Electronics, Cybersecurity, and Space.As part of the Space Division – Telespazio – a joint venture between Leonardo (67%) and Thales (33%), is a global reference in the field of satellite solutions and services.With a workforce of over ***** professionals across its offices in Europe and around the world, Telespazio operates an international network of Space Centres and Teleports, offering cutting-edge solutions in Geoinformation Services, Satellite Systems and Operations, and Satellite Communications.Mission Ensure that every appropriate legal assistance is provided in connection with any business transactions, both within and outside the ordinary course of business, including intercompany, finance transactions and protection/exploitation of intellectual property rights Activities Provide legal advice and assistance in the definition, drafting and negotiation of all kinds of commercial contracts, including public tenders and related agreements, purchase agreements, sponsorship agreements and intercompany agreements Provide legal assistance to business units in relation to procurement activities, tenders, and contractual documentation Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies in relation to Intellectual Property, Antitrust and Foreign National Interest Regulators Liaise with internal stakeholders and external advisors on day-to-day legal matters Experience Master's degree in Law Preferably qualified as a lawyer in Italy Minimum 2-3 years' PQE in a law firm or in-house legal department; experience in aerospace and defense sectors would be ideal Excellent knowledge of English language; knowledge of a second language (French, Spanish) would be an asset.The candidate shall demonstrate strong analytical skills, sense of urgency and the ability to plan and manage multiple activities in parallel.Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, together with a good level of autonomy in managing assigned tasks, flexibility, a problem-solving mindset and a strong professional motivation What We Offer: A stimulating and dynamic working environment with flexible working hours Hybrid working (onsite and off-site) Comprehensive health insurance Meal voucher, company canteen and employee welfare programs Free access to online learning platform with courses from top universities Opportunities for international experiences Why Telespazio: At Telespazio, the well-being, safety, and development of our people are at the heart of our corporate culture.We actively foster an inclusive, diverse, and stimulating work environment, promoting the principles of equity and the value of diversity.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or age.Seniority: Expert
