Closer to Space, closer to the Future: join Telespazio-Leonardo Space DivisionLeonardo is a leading global industrial group in Aerospace, Defence and Security, delivering advanced multi-domain technologies across Helicopters, Aircraft, Aerostructures, Electronics, Cybersecurity and Space.As part of the Space Division – Telespazio, a joint venture between Leonardo (67%) and Thales (33%), Telespazio is a global reference in satellite solutions and services, operating an international network of Space Centres and Teleports.MissionEnsure that appropriate legal assistance is provided in connection with any business transactions, both within and outside the ordinary course of business, including inter-company, finance transactions and protection/exploitation of intellectual property rights.ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice and assistance in the definition, drafting and negotiation of all kinds of commercial contracts, including public tenders and related agreements, purchase agreements, sponsorship agreements and inter-company agreements.Provide legal assistance to business units in relation to procurement activities, tenders and contractual documentation.Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies in relation to Intellectual Property, Antitrust and Foreign National Interest Regulators.Liaise with internal stakeholders and external advisors on day-to-day legal matters.QualificationsMaster's degree in Law.Preferably qualified as a lawyer in Italy.Minimum 2-3 years' PQE in a law firm or in-house legal department; experience in aerospace and defense sectors would be ideal.Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of a second language (French, Spanish) would be an asset.Strong analytical skills, sense of urgency and ability to plan and manage multiple activities in parallel; excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; autonomy in managing assigned tasks; flexibility, problem-solving mindset and strong professional motivation.What We OfferStimulant and dynamic working environment with flexible working hours.Hybrid working (onsite and off-site).Comprehensive health insurance.Meal voucher, company canteen and employee welfare programs.Free access to online learning platform with courses from top universities.Opportunities for international experiences.Why Telespazio: At Telespazio, the well-being, safety and development of our people are at the heart of our corporate culture.We actively foster an inclusive, diverse, and stimulating work environment, promoting the principles of equity and the value of diversity.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, disability or age.SeniorityExpert#J-*****-Ljbffr
