Categoria:Financial Services Luogo di lavoro:MilanoLeading financial services multinational is looking for a skilled Senior Application Management Specialist in Milan.ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor business-critical applications across different environments (on-premise/cloud)Manage incidents, problems, and change requests following ITIL principlesEnsure compliance with defined SLAs and KPIsPerform root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams for deployment, release management, and troubleshootingMaintain and optimize application monitoring and alerting systemsDocument procedures and contribute to the knowledge baseEnsure operational readiness for new applications or featuresRequisitiThe resource must have a solid background in managing complex enterprise applications, ideally across hybrid environments (on-prem and cloud), and demonstrate readiness to operate in highly regulated and performance-critical environments.The role requires strong operational expertise, incident and problem management skills, and the ability to work closely with development, infrastructure and client-facing teams.Experience with Linux/Windows system administrationScripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell, etc.)Knowledge of networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing, etc.)Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL)Hands-on experience with trouble-ticketing management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git)Exposure to financial or mission-critical systemsExperience working with AWS or other cloud platformsFamiliarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)ITIL certification or proven experience in structured service management environmentsGood knowledge of the Italian and English language (B2)#J-*****-Ljbffr
