Talent On Board Srl, per una solida e storica realtà, operante nel settore metallurgico e con commercio attivo in mercati trasversali quali Automotive, Defence, Energy, Oil & Gas, Aerospace e Automation, ricerca una figura di Sales Area Manager.La risorsa, a diretto riporto della Direzione Commerciale, si occuperà di:Identificare le esigenze e le specificità del mercato, sviluppare ed eseguire strategie finalizzate alla crescita del parco clienti e all'aumento degli ordini; Identificare nuove opportunità di business (industrie, applicazioni, clienti) e convertirle in piani d'azione anche di medio-lungo periodo per aumentale la trasversalità del business aziendale; Visitare attivamente i clienti per promuovere, valorizzare e vendere il portafoglio di prodotti e di soluzioni aziendali; Negoziarecon iclienti i contratti commerciali rilevanti nell'ambito della delega di autorità concordata e realizzare offerte in interfaccia con l'area preventivazione e tecnica; Mantenereun elenco di opportunità di progetto su aree strategiche; Massimizzare sia il "tempo faccia a faccia" che altre possibilità di comunicazione e contatto con clienti attivi e prospect (telefono, e-mail, ecc.); Supervisionare,garantire e supportare personalmente l'esecuzione dei termini contrattuali impegnati nei confronti dei clienti in tutte le transazioni commerciali; Promuovere continuamente il miglioramento della soddisfazione del cliente attraverso la comprensione e la comunicazione, offrendo competenza e soluzione al bisogno; Svolgere mappature di mercato e analisi di potenzialità dello stesso da abbinare alla promozione di soluzioni di marketing strategy; Redigere reportsul preventivo e sul potenziale del progetto attraverso meccanismi di reporting; Svolgere attività di manutenzione e utilizzo software aziendali per tracciare le attività e svolgere attività di marketing strategy.Si richiede:Diploma o laurea in ambito tecnico meccanico, dei materiali e/o di taglio economico/marketing; Esperienza pregressa in area vendite, meglio se in società strutturate afferenti il mondo della produzione di metalli primari e/o lavorazioni meccaniche destinate a mercati ad elevata complessità; Inglese ad un buon livello (la conoscenza del francese sarà considerata un plus); Disponibilità aviaggi e trasferte per visite clienti e/o partecipazione a fiere di settore; Ottime capacitàrelazionali e negoziali; Proattività e intraprendenza; Buon decision making.Si offre:Inserimento diretto a tempo indeterminato; Package retributivo di valore; Welfare, Sistema Premiante, Auto aziendale.
