Descrizione del ruoloSiamo alla ricerca per un importante cliente in ambito chimico-industriale di un SAP Support Specialist con almeno 1 anno di esperienza pratica su SAP S/4HANA o equivalente, per supportare le attività tecniche e di primo livello all'interno del nostro team IT.La risorsa ideale possiede preferibilmente per svolgere piccole evolutive una buona comprensione dei moduli PP (Production Planning) o EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), con un focus prevalente sul supporto tecnico piuttosto che funzionale.Responsabilità principaliGestione delle richieste di supporto (ticketing), con analisi autonoma delle problematiche;Segmentazione dei ticketin base alle competenze interne disponibili;Creazione e gestione di report tecnici;Collaborazione conil team per la risoluzione di anomalie su SAP S/4HANA;Sviluppo e manutenzione di semplici report ABAP;Collaborazione conconsulenti esterni per attività di formazione e supporto avanzato, quando necessario.RequisitiEsperienza di almeno 1 anno su SAP S/4HANA, preferibilmente nei moduli PP o EWM;Preferibile conoscenza base di ABAP per la creazione di semplici report;Familiarità con strumenti di ticketing e reportistica tecnica;Buone capacità analitiche e attitudine al problem solving in autonomia;Capacità di lavorare in team e comunicare efficacemente con utenti interni ed esterni.Cosa offriamoFormazione interna continua, con possibilità di accesso a corsi specialistici tramite consulenti esterni.Ambiente dinamico e in evoluzione, con reali opportunità di crescita professionale.Inquadramento e retribuzione commisurati all'esperienza.Sede di lavoro:provincia di Monza e Brianza (MB)
