network of partners, playing a key role in buildingrelationships.Make use of your hunting, analytical and negotiation skillsto build positive relations andincrease our partner network.Your mission?To grow our partnership ecosystem by identifying, connecting with, and recruiting new IT partners who share our vision for innovation and collaboration.But this role goes far beyond sales.It's aboutcreating genuine value— for both partners and clients.You'll help our partners unlock new opportunities, strengthen their offerings, and bring cutting-edge solutions to markets around the world.ResponsabilitiesEngage with resellers, system integrators, ERP integrators and digital consultanciesthat are interested to adopt Odoo's technology in their solutions portfolioIncrease Odoo presence worldwideby finding and convincing the right IT providers to collaborate with us, sell and implement OdooInitiate contact and qualify potential partners:understand their business, capabilities, values and processes to make sure it matches with our business modelUnderstand the target marketby developing and sharing new ideas on how to effectively grow Odoo's partner networkShow the productby providing personalized demonstration of OdooQuote and negotiate conditionsfor collaborationRequirementsPrevious experience insales/ sales partnership:2-5years of experienceKnowledge of sales techniquesand tools for building a strong pipelineExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsto build trust and long-term relationships with clientsStrong negotiation skillsto close deals successfully while maintaining a positiveexperienceBusiness hunting skillsNice to haveAbility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and challenging environmentPositive attitude and solution
