Senior B2B Field Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover)Location: Milan, Italy (Onsite required)Contract: Maternity Leave Cover (12 months)Who We AreChesamel Group is an agile consultancy headquartered in London, focused on driving extraordinary growth for forward-thinking businesses through innovative, bespoke solutions.The team challenges traditional thinking to deliver transformative business outcomes using human ingenuity and advanced technology.We listen with intent, connect brilliant minds, develop bold ideas, and create solutions so our partners achieve extraordinary success.Which is why some of the world's biggest and best-known tech companies choose to work with us.The TeamChesamel has a large team of marketing experts delivering on client projects across the globe, ranging from fully integrated and embedded consultancy to ad-hoc on demand project delivery.You will be joining a collective focused on delivering excellent client servicing while leading business transformation for our clients.OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior B2B Field Marketing Manager to provide maternity leave coverage and ensure continuity of marketing activities across the Italian market.This role requires a strong background in Direct Marketing execution, field marketing, and campaign planning, operating within a fast-paced tech environment.The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage end-to-end execution, and may support partner marketing activities as needed.Onsite presence in Milan is required.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute Direct Marketing initiatives across the Italian market.Own the full campaign lifecycle: planning, execution, tracking, reporting, and optimisation.Coordinate field marketing programs in partnership with cross-functional internal teams (sales, comms, product marketing, operations, etc.).Support partner marketing activities where required.Deliver insights, dashboards, and performance reports to drive continual improvement.Ensure smooth transition through both handover and hand-back periods with the outgoing vendor.Required QualificationsStrong senior-level B2B marketing experienceProven background in the tech industry.Demonstrated success in field marketing and direct marketing execution.Excellent planning, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.Based in Milan, with ability to work onsite.Fluency in Italian and English.Job DetailsSeniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type ContractJob function MarketingIndustries Business Consulting and Services#J-*****-Ljbffr
