For our headquarters inMilan, we are seeking an empathic, accurate, and quality-orientedOperations Specialistto join our Local Operations Team.In this role, you will have full ownership ofback-office tasksrelated to Shoppers' activation, executing a variety of tasks with high accuracy (e.g., paperwork collection, contract preparation and signing, profile setup).You will also supportretraining activitiesto enhance our Shoppers' performance.What You Will DoAt Everli, Shoppers pick up products requested by customers from their preferred stores and deliver groceries directly to their homes.The Local Operations team handlesrecruiting, onboarding, support, and trainingfor our Shoppers.As an Operations Specialist, you will focus on specific Italian cities managed by the related Squad, supporting all processes necessary to maintain high service quality.Shoppers Onboarding and Monitoring ActivitiesContact potential Shoppers to assess eligibilityHandle paperwork and document verification for formal cooperationManage Shoppers' contractsOversee Shoppers KitsSetup Shoppers profilesProvide daily support and listen to Shoppers' needsAssist Shoppers with VAT registration informationConduct weekly check-ins with churned Shoppers for debt collection and feedbackMonitor and manage inbound mail from ShoppersShoppers Retraining and QualityManage retraining for Shoppers needing performance improvementConduct daily live webinars for new ShoppersCollaborate with Area Managers to improve Shoppers' quality and address local issuesRequirementsWork ExperiencePrevious experience in customer service or quality-focused roles is requiredHard SkillsProficiency in Office applications, especially ExcelUpper intermediate English skills (B2)Soft SkillsStrong communication skillsAttention to detail and quality orientationAbility to multitaskTeam playerEverli is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.We welcome everyone, regardless of background or career stage.Diversity is our strength#J-*****-Ljbffr
