OverviewJoin to apply for the Private Client Manager - Milan role at Tiffany & Co.The Private Client Manager at Tiffany & Co. holds the critical position of the ultimate Brand Ambassador, embodying the Tiffany brand in every interaction.They will represent and uphold the Brand through their presence in the community, social media as well as all networking and Brand activation events.They are responsible for establishing and executing upon strategies for the acquisition, engagement, retention and growth of High Net Worth clients, in addition to having an opportunity and expectation of selling across all categories with a focus on High Jewelry.The PCM is a commercial leader with a global mindset, collaborating with country and zone partners, including Client Relations, to deliver exciting experiences for Tiffany clients and to achieve and exceed commercial targets and market share.ResponsibilitiesAchieve and exceed the commercial action plan and annual targets by enacting expert consultative selling skills, consistently closing high-end sales, and participating in Regional and Global High Jewelry selling events.Prospect and develop existing High Net Worth clients.Maintain knowledge of the local jewelry market from a trend and pricing perspective; understand other brands and their competitive advantages to support closing sales.Collaborate with Store and Market Leadership and cross-functional partners to create and facilitate exclusive experiences and brand differentiation moments for clients.Demonstrate commercial excellence by creating unparalleled client experiences and upholding the Tiffany Brand.Identify and develop new high-potential clients, build tailored presentations and client consultations, and personalize client development opportunities while representing the brand at the highest level.Develop strategies to build sales through outreach to existing and new high-potential clients and capture client data for curated experiences.Qualifications5+ years of luxury industry experience in luxury client developmentDeep understanding and interest in the luxury lifestyleExperience closing High Jewelry salesStrong diplomacy skills and experience building relationships with High Net Worth clientsImpeccable self-presentation and professional demeanorAbility to translate luxury experience into knowledge and defined strategiesAbility to analyze market trends and develop strategic plansAbility to develop brand image strategiesAbility to work autonomously with independent judgment and discretionWillingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekendsResponsibilities (continued)Research and assess market opportunities to develop and prospect new business by expanding networks and attending eventsMaintain brand and market analysis with knowledge of local market trends and pricing, leveraging competitive insights to close salesEstablish and reinforce the Tiffany brand within the High Net Worth client marketIdentify, prospect, and develop sales strategies for High Net Worth clientsDevelop High Net Worth client relationships and reinforce brand image and awarenessManage stakeholder partnerships with Store and Market Leadership, Global and Regional Client Relations, and other partners to create experiences and brand differentiationEstablish themselves as a Global Tiffany Ambassador through focused brand development with High Net Worth clients and High Jewelry salesDetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Finance and SalesIndustries: Retail Apparel and Fashion, Retail Luxury Goods and Jewelry, and RetailNote: This refinement preserves the core role description and requirements while presenting them in structured, accessible HTML using only permitted tags.#J-*****-Ljbffr
