About the job Elchai Group is expanding its B2B sales activity across Europe, starting from Italy.We are hiring a Sales Developer to build pipeline through structured outbound and disciplined qualification.This role is for someone who values execution, clarity, and accountability over theory.What You Will Do- Build and manage targeted prospect lists across Europe- Run outbound campaigns via email and LinkedIn- Engage with decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise level- Qualify leads and book discovery calls for the CEO- Keep CRM data accurate and up to date- Improve messaging based on real market feedbackWhat We Are Looking For- 2–5 years of B2B outbound sales experience- Background in consulting, IT, SaaS, or automation sales- Comfortable selling projects in the €20k–€100k range- Fluent English, Italian required, other European languages are a plus- Organized, accountable, and numbers-oriented- Able to work autonomously in a fast-moving environmentWhat's in It for You- Competitive compensation with performance upside- Exposure to international clients and projects- Clear career growth based on results, not tenure- Direct access to leadership and fast feedback- A role where performance is visible and rewardedHow to ApplyApply directly on LinkedIn with your CV.Along with your CV, please attach at least one of the following (mandatory):- A short sales portfolio or case study- Performance metrics (e.g. meetings booked, pipeline generated, deals influenced)- Examples of sales materials you have used (emails, LinkedIn messages, call frameworks)- A brief deal reflection describing how you generated and qualified a real opportunityApplications without at least one of the above will not be considered.Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a practical skill test.
