Direct message the job poster from LPP ItalyTalent Acquisition | People Management | Training & Development1 COMPANY, 5 BRANDSWhat makes you unique as a person makes us unique as a companyLPPis a Polish company that has been helping people express themselves through fashion since ****.Through fashion, we want to reach new horizons of sustainability, inclusivity and accessibility, starting with the most important element:people.We are recognised worldwide through our 5 brands:Reserved, Cropp, House, MohitoandSinsay.Thanks to our constant and rapid expansion around the world, we offer more than 40,000 jobs in over 40 countries, through more than 2,500 stores and offices in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.LEGAL COUNSELWe are looking for aLegal Counselable to support the Legal Team locally, to join an international, dynamic legal department and work with other members of the legal teams all over the world.This position will report directly to the Country Manager and the General Counsel as Matrix Manager and will be a motivated and relationship-driven problem-solver, providing clear, timely and practical counselling to the Company and LPP Capital Group on civil, business and commercial law.The ideal candidate, as anexperienced advisor in Italian jurisdiction, should provide a legal expertise for the company in the fields ofinter aliacorporate, civil and business law, with the special emphasis on the commercial lease.The candidate will be responsible for the legal care of day-to-day Company's operation, including responsibility for looking after the best interests of the Company.The Candidate should build a good liaisons with other entities of LPP Capital Group and support mother company in dealing with corporate issues.The position requires wide knowledge and experience in the field of commercial lease agreements negotiations.Due to worldwide expansion, the candidate will beresponsible for the commercial lease negotiations for Italian market, i.e. the scope of duties shall include negotiations, conclusion and supervision over the performance of the lease agreements on Italian market.Do you want to be part of the LPP Italy Team?YOUR ROLEProvide legal support in the drafting, negotiations and supervision over performance of the commercial lease agreements regarding the Company's stores; required experience in this field – negotiations between the landlords and the tenants, liaisons with the shopping centre managers, legal support in construction and fitting out of the stores process, participation in the disputes –must have;Handle multiple lease projects and deadlines simultaneously with careful legal analysis and attention to detail –must have;Italian to English translation of lease agreements as provided by the landlords, and thereafter conduct of negotiations of lease agreements in bilingual version (i.e. providing mark-up of agreements both in Italian and English) –must have;Provide drafts of contracts or other legal acts to be concluded by the company (statements, powers of attorney, constituent acts, internal decisions, addresses, notifications, other legal communications, etc.) with other individuals;Maintain contact with public authorities and institutions;Provide legal advice to management and company personnel on various other matters, including – inter alia - commercial matters, commercial lease matters;Manage, assess and supervise over non-inhouse legal counsel;Work with internal legal and business colleagues to address various legal and corporate initiatives;Prepare legal opinions on the legal aspects regarding the Company's activity;Prepare legal responses to communication received by the Company;Draft, analyze and legalize commercial contracts according to the internal procedures of the departments concerned and in accordance with the legislation in force;Verify and approve the legality of contracts, conventions, agreements, protocols, concluded by the company;Make a revision of any type of existing company contract as needed, in accordance with the contracting process and in compliance with the legal provisions.Participation in contract negotiations;Manage the relationship with the contract partners;Monitor the compliance with legal and contractual obligations, reporting to the management any reported problems that could impact the activity company;Keep up to date with the most recent changes in legislation and informing the company departments about legislation updates.YOUR PROFILEMaster's degree in Law with proficiency in civil, business and tax law;Experience with lease agreements negotiation for shopping centres/retail –must have;Fluency in English language (legal and business) –must have;Experience in in-house and/or legal firm in respective fields minimum 5 years, minimum 1 year for international company/clients;Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, required;Knowledge of legal practices, concrete experience in drafting documents;Knowledge of general corporate transactional law required;Knowledge of contract development;Good ability to negotiate, prioritize and organize;Ability to work with deadlines;Organizational integrity and professional ethics;Attorney certificate will be additional plus;Advanced PC operating knowledge (MS Office).WHY WORK WITH USWe are a solid and fast-growing company, with an extensive expansion plan in Italy for ****;We offer a dynamic, goal-oriented and collaborative working environment;Opportunities for professional growth and development, thanks also to internal training programs and to participate in international projects;We offer an independent position with significant freedom of action;Employee Assistance Program HELPP (free support from professionals in 3 major areas: Legal, Personal and Financial).BENEFITTicket RestaurantDiscount on all products of the 5 LPP Group BrandsWhat are you waiting for?Send us your CV now if you want to be part of our successful growthThis advertisement is addressed to both sexes, in accordance with laws ****** and ******, and to people of all ages and nationalities, in accordance with legislative decrees ****** and ******.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionLegalRetail Apparel and FashionReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at LPP Italy by 2x#J-*****-Ljbffr
