You will be able to blend in-depth market insights, passion and solid understanding for our products with strong business acumen to help shape compelling and competitive product lines for the Motorcycling world.Through an in-depth competitors', industry trend, street fashion and technical consumer insights analysis, you will be able to identify new product opportunities, whilst also supporting the creation of impactful seasonal product line strategies.You will work cross-functionally extensively, collaborating with a wide range of internal stakeholders such as Product Development, Go-To-Market, Sales and Marketing teams, so to ensure detailed and technical product briefs as well as impactful and consistent product storytelling and technical messaging.You will be involved in the product development process end-to-end to ensure alignment with merchandising priorities, assisting in the product validation process (such as artwork, functions, fit sessions, material reviews and field-testing session feedback) and making sure that all product related technical information are stored correctly and consistently on our systems.Moreover, you will also act as a knowledgeable product spokesperson, delivering product related trainings and technical presentations at events such as dealers' visits, company summits, sales meetings and conferences.A minimum of 2 years' experience in merchandising, product development, engineering and / or marketing functions within the motorsports, technical apparel and / or footwear, and / or outdoors sportswear.Strong passion for motorcycle culture and / or performance products.Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research and data interpretation.Ability to balance creative intuition with business-oriented decision making.Excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbal.Fluency in English is a must have, whilst fluency in any other language will be considered a plus.Availability to travel (both at national and international level).
