onLarge Language Modelsandmulti-agent architectures.Responsibilities/Sprecific functionsThe role will work on projects with a high level of technological complexity, handling the definition of architectures, the implementation of solutions, and providing technical support to development teams, while contributing to the dissemination of best practices and the growth of internal skills.Key RequirementsSenior level(approximately 5+ years of overall experience in software / AI)Technical RequirementsHands-on, demonstrable experiencewithAgentic AIandmulti-agent systems, including:agents with plannerstool usememory managementagent orchestration and complex workflowsAdvanced use of LLMs(OpenAI / Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models) inproduction environments, not demos or PoCsSolid experience with RAG in production, including:chunking strategiesretrieval and rankingperformance evaluationUse of frameworkssuch asLangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex(or equivalents)Strong Software Engineering skills in Python, in particular:code management with Gittestinglogging and observabilityAbility to mentor, train, and guidedevelopment teams on architectural and implementation choicesExcellent command of the English languageStrong inclination toward knowledge sharingExcellent communication skills, with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersHigh level of autonomy and
