We currently have a vacancy for a User Experience Expert, fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Ispra, Italy.The work will be carried out either in the company's premises or on site at customer premises.In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client's IT team on site.Your tasks Manage the implementation of the project to meet identified needs, acquiring and using the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality; Give proposals for project strategies, planning, definition of tasks and deliverables, review of project deliverables, quality control, risk analysis and management, status reports, problem reporting and management systems, follow up and organization; Guide the expert pool and review their deliverables; Participate in working groups and progress meetings; Estimate timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of the project to agreed terms of reference; Prepare and maintain project and quality plans and track activities against the plan, provide regular and accurate reports; Manage the change control procedure gaining agreement for revisions to the project.Minimum Requirements Master's degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 17 years of relevant working experience in IT; Experience with reporting methods; Experience with EU Policy Research on Children online safety, privacy and security; Good knowledge of children-centric design and recommender systems; Good knowledge of project management standards and methodologies (Project Scheduling, Strategic Planning, Forecasting, Performance Tracking); Good knowledge of project management tools, e.g. MS Project, Microsoft Excel; Excellent command of the English language.If you are seeking a career in an exciting and dynamic company, where you will offer your services as part of a team of a major European Institution, operating in an international, multilingual and multicultural environment where you can expect real chances to make a difference, please send us your detailed CV in English, quoting reference: (17209/06/24).We offer a competitive remuneration (either on contract basis or remuneration with full benefits package), based on qualifications and experience.All applications will be treated as confidential.#J-*****-Ljbffr
