Riferendosi direttamente al Capo Chef, avrete molte responsabilità diverse tra cui:ResponsabilitàDirige la preparazione dei cibi e collabora con Executive Sous Chef e Executive Chef.Aiuta nella progettazione dei menù periodici.Supervisiona e monitora gli standard del personale della cucina.Aiuta con la pianificazione del menu, inventario e gestione delle forniture.Assicura che il cibo sia di alta qualità e che la cucina sia in buone condizioni come previsto dalle leggi HACCP.Mantiene le stazioni pulite e conformi agli standard di sicurezza alimentare.Offre suggerimenti e idee creative che possono migliorare le prestazioni della cucina.Forma nuovi dipendenti.Ordina forniture alimentari secondo procedure standard.Abilità e conoscenzaConoscenza di vari metodi di cottura, ingredienti e procedure.Capacità di gestione;Familiarità con le migliori pratiche del settore;Leadership;Creatività;Coordinazione mano-occhio;Capacità di gestione del tempo;processo decisionale;Outlook, Excel, Word, come una buona conoscenza;Gestisce la pressione;Si occupa di incertezza;Diploma di scuola superiore o equivalente.La formazione culinaria formale può essere utile.Esperienza in cucina di minimo 2 anni nel ruolo;Certificato HACCP.N.B.
