Descrizione del ruolo Cerchiamo un pasticcere appassionato per unirsi al nostro team con sede di lavoro a Bergamo per l'avvio di un nuovo progetto focalizzato sul mondo bakery.In questo ruolo a tempo pieno e in presenza, si avrà il compito di realizzare una varietà di prodotti da forno e dolci artigianali, garantendo elevati standard di qualità.Le attività quotidiane comprenderanno la preparazione di impasti, la decorazione di dolci e la gestione degli ingredienti e delle forniture in cucina.Il candidato lavorerà in collaborazione con i membri del team per sviluppare nuove ricette e migliorare i processi produttivi.Qualifiche- Conoscenze ed esperienza nella panetteria e nella preparazione degli alimenti essenziali per garantire la qualità dei prodotti.- Competenze avanzate in cottura e pasticceria, inclusa la capacità di lavorare con precisione e creatività.- Esperienza nelle abilità culinarie generali, tra cui la capacità di applicare tecniche tradizionali e innovative nella preparazione dei dolci.- La conoscenza delle normative igieniche e delle pratiche di sicurezza alimentare sarà considerata un plus, così come un'attitudine al lavoro in team, attenzione ai dettagli e capacità di gestione del tempo.
