Key Responsibilities- Support the recording of basic accounting entries (customer/supplier invoices, general ledger, expense reports).- Assist in account reconciliation activities (bank, customers, suppliers).- Help manage e-invoicing and document archiving.- Support month-end and year-end closing activities (reconciliations, reports).- Collaborate in preparing VAT returns and other tax compliance activities.- Carry out general administrative tasks (document management, database updates).?? Requirements- Diploma in Accounting or a bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.- Basic knowledge of general accounting principles and bookkeeping.- Good command of Excel and Microsoft Office tools.- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and eagerness to learn.- Team player with good communication skills.- Basic knowledge of English (A2–B1 level).?? Nice to Have- Previous experience (even internship) in administrative or accounting roles.- Familiarity with accounting software (e.G., Zucchetti, DocFinance, or similar).- Basic understanding of VAT regulations and the purchase/sales invoice process.??
