Regional Account Manager - SymantecPosition: Regional Account Manager - Symantec.Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS), a part of Arrow Electronics, delivers innovative IT solutions to market to solve complex business challenges.We provide value-added distribution, business consulting and channel enablement services to leading technology manufacturers and their channel partners.We are looking for a Regional Account Manager Symantec to join our dynamic sales team in Arrow ECS Italy.ResponsibilitiesManagement & execution of Commercial new business sales strategy directly with end-user prospects.Ownership for strategic relationships with key prospects (C-level/Senior Management).Manage the local execution of EMEA-wide initiatives for each strategic program or market segment initiative.Supporting key partnerships to drive new commercial opportunity.Coordinate forecasting/pipeline process in line with Arrow Countries.Work closely with all internal departments/countries within Arrow ECS EMEA towards the achievement of financial and business goals.Work with marketing strategists to design and develop sales campaigns to target commercial customer whitespace.Develop sales plays to ensure continued adoption of Symantec products by commercial customers.Develop strong business alignment with key partners and build robust reporting & forecasting for the business.Stay ahead of the market through proactive planning and business development.What we are looking for / QualificationsRelevant direct touch/end-user sales experience in cybersecurity or technology space, managing customer relationships, processes and programs and/or sales personnel within the IT industry.Strong experience with Symantec.Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives, including setting business expectations and objectives.Experience working effectively with marketing to maximize Go-To-Market program effectiveness.Demonstrated leadership abilities, team management and interpersonal skills.Ability to operate in a matrix organization.Travel is estimated to take up to 75% of working time.Fluent in Italian & English with strong writing and communication skills; strong influencing and negotiation skills; good relationship building.Direct experience with cloud computing and virtualization technology vendors.What we offerCompany car.Competitive package (fixed and variable components).Opportunities to partake in new and stimulating experiences.Arrow is an equal opportunity employer.We are committed to providing an accessible, inclusive, open and welcoming workplace environment for people with different abilities, backgrounds, lifestyles, sexual orientation, gender identity, needs and expectations, helping all individuals to make the most of their professional potential.We honor our commitments under articles 1 and 18 of Law No. ******* and give special consideration to candidates in protected categories.Location: IT-Milan, Italy (Viale Piero e Alberto Pirelli).Time Type: Full time.Job Category: Sales.#J-*****-Ljbffr
