Per un nostro cliente nel settore dell'illuminazione di design, stiamo cercando un professionista esperto per ricoprire il ruolo di Export Manager focalizzato sui mercati del Middle e Far East.L'azienda offre sistemi di illuminazione che si integrano naturalmente nei contesti architettonici, inclusi lampade decorative e soluzioni di illuminazione architettonica progettate per valorizzare spazi dedicati all'interazione sociale, alla mobilità urbana, al lavoro e alla vita quotidiana.Posizione: Export Manager - Middle & Far EastResponsabilità principali:- Sviluppare e implementare strategie di export per i mercati del Medio e Estremo Oriente, identificando opportunità di business e espandendo la presenza internazionale.- Gestire relazioni con distributori, partner e clienti chiave nei territori assegnati, negoziando contratti e accordi commerciali.- Condurre analisi di mercato, monitorare la concorrenza e adattare le offerte di prodotto alle esigenze locali.- Partecipare a fiere, eventi e missioni commerciali internazionali per promuovere le soluzioni di illuminazione.- Collaborare con team interni (vendite, marketing, R&D) per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di crescita e la soddisfazione del cliente.Requisiti:- Laurea in Economia, Marketing Internazionale, Ingegneria o campo affine.- Esperienza comprovata di almeno 5 anni in ruoli di export management nel settore dell'illuminazione, dell'arredamento di design o in ambiti affini alla componentistica per l'interior design.- Conoscenza approfondita dei mercati del Middle e Far East, inclusi dinamiche culturali, normative e commerciali.- Ottime capacità negoziali, comunicative e relazionali, con orientamento ai risultati.- Fluente in inglese; la conoscenza di lingue come il cinese, l'arabo o altre asiatiche sarà considerata un plus.- Disponibilità a viaggiare frequentemente nei territori assegnati.Offriamo un'opportunità di crescita in un ambiente dinamico e internazionale, con package retributivo competitivo + importanti bonus legati ai risultati e benefits aziendali.
