Junior Sous Chef - Crazy PizzaWho are we?At Crazy Pizza, we are a lot more than just pizza; we are the new sleek dining style that brings the passion and spirit of Italy to tables combining incredible service and topnotch dishes in exclusive locations across the globe.Founded on the principles of innovation and excellence, Crazy Pizza, part of Majestas Group, is renowned for its bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and commitment to exceptional service.Junior Sous Chef at Crazy PizzaThe Junior Sous Chef at Crazy Pizza holds a direct reporting line to the Head Chef.You will be responsible for assisting in menu creation, leading kitchen operations during service, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring that every dish meets Crazy Pizza's high standards of quality.On some occasion, the Sous Chef may be required to assume full operational responsibility in the absence of the Head Chef.Your day to day:Assist the Head Chef in leading, supervising, and coordinating the kitchen team.Ensure that all stations are operating smoothly during service and that kitchen staff are performing their tasks efficientlyWork alongside the Head Chef to introduce seasonal specials and innovative dishes that reflect the Crazy Pizza brand.Lead and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction resultsMonitor food production, ordering, cost, and quality and consistency on a daily basisEnsure proper safety and sanitation of all kitchen facilities and equipment Who are you?Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role in a high-volume kitchen, preferably within an Italian or Mediterranean restaurant.Strong understanding of Italian cuisine, with an emphasis on pizza-making techniques and traditional Italian ingredientsPossess strong leadership, communication, organization and relationship skillsStrong training and communication skills Crazy Pizza is committedOur commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion is reflected in both our hiring practices and our workplace culture.As an equal opportunity employer, we encourage applicants from all backgrounds, regardless of race, religion, color, nationality, ethnic origin, gender, gender identity, pregnancy, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or disability.We celebrate and support the unique contributions of every individual.Majestas HR Team
