oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections.Lead non-conformity management, corrective actions, and KPI reporting.Manage the full customer claims process, performing investigations, root cause analysis, and customer communication.Drive continuous improvement initiatives (8 Step, PDCA, FMEA).Support supplier qualification, audits, and material conformity processes.Act as plant ASPP, ensuring compliance with Italian safety regulations (D.Lgs. *****) and with MillerKnoll Safety Procedures, working in coordination with the RSPP.RequirementsDegree in Engineering or related fields.Experience in quality management within manufacturing (preferably metal furniture).Knowledge of quality tools (8D or Step, FMEA, SPC, ...).Experience in HSE topics and familiarity with Italian safety regulations (D.Lgs. *****).Willingness to assume ASPP duties (qualification to be acquired with company support).Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Fluent English;
