ORIENTA S.P.A. - AGENZIA PER IL LAVORO ,filiale di Bari, ricerca per un'importante azienda cliente JUNIOR IT HELP DESK M ANSIONE: Monitoraggio e Assistenza tecnica software tramite ticket management Troubleshooting operativo mediante strumenti di diagnostica e condivisione remota Installazione e configurazione software all'interno del sistema informativo, assicurandone la corretta manutenzione e aggiornamento.REQUISITI: Diploma o laurea in ambito informatica o titoli equivalenti Ambito Sistemi: gestione di dominio in Active Directory (oggetti computer, utenti, ecc) Capacità di problem solving Conoscenze di base dei sistemi Windows e Linux.Ambito Cyber Security: competenze in ambito troubleshooting su piattaforma MDR/XDR/Antivirus; configurazione policy ed eccezioni su un servizio MDR/Antivirus/XDR (preferibilmente piattaforma TrendMicro).Settore: Informatica Ruolo: Altro Tipo di occupazione: Lavoro temporaneo a scopo assunzione
