leadership to align HR initiatives with business growth and expansion goals.Drive talent acquisition strategies to support scaling operations and entry into new markets.Develop workforce planning and succession strategies for critical roles in a growing organization.Support organizational change initiatives including new systems processes and cultural integration.Monitor employee engagement and implement programs that foster retention and high performance.Ensure compliance with local labor laws while harmonizing HR practices across multiple countries (Italy France and Germany) with further customers for today but also anticipate their market needs of tomorrow.EssentialsAt least 7 years of experience as an HRBP in dynamic and complex environments (ideally a combination of start-up and structured companies).Strong knowledge of Italian labour laws and employee relations practices.Proven experience in strategic HR management and business transformation.Ability to translate business strategy into HR initiatives.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and scalability.Ability to operate with agility and adaptability
