Our client is a fast-growing technology company specializing in e-invoicing and digital compliance platforms for corporate and large enterprise clients.With a strong presence in the Italian market and ambitious plans for international expansion, they are scaling their operations to meet the growing demand for innovative solutions in the digital transformation space.Location: Milan hybrid/remote Industry: B2B SaaS – E-Invoicing & Digital Compliance Solutions Contract: permanent/full-time Role Overview They are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead and grow a high-performing sales organization.This role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth across both domestic and international markets.You will manage a team of national and international sales professionals, define strategic priorities, and ensure execution aligned with the company's expansion goals.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for B2B SaaS solutions targeting corporate and enterprise clients.Lead, mentor, and scale a diverse sales team across Italy and international markets.Drive new business acquisition while strengthening relationships with existing clients.Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize the go-to-market approach.Monitor KPIs and ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets.Requirements 7+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within B2B SaaS, ideally selling to corporate and large enterprises in e-invoicing, tax compliance or payment solutions Proven track record of managing and scaling sales teams nationally and internationally.Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and enterprise-level negotiations.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strategic mindset.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.Why Join?Be part of a rapidly growing company driving digital transformation in compliance and invoicing.Opportunity to shape the global sales strategy and lead international expansion.Competitive compensation package and career growth prospects.
