Descrizione azienda Pardgroup, società leader nei servizi integrati per il retail e la grande distribuzione, in ottica di ampliamento del proprio organico ricerca una figura di Retail Installation Coordinator .Posizione La risorsa, inserita all'interno della divisione Retail Services, riportando direttamente al Responsabile di Divisione, si occuperà di: Coordinare la rete di installatori su tutto il territorio nazionale, garantendo copertura, qualità e rispetto delle tempistiche; Costituire e organizzare le squadre di installazione, occupandosi della pre-qualifica dei fornitori e del monitoraggio periodico degli standard qualitativi; Gestire la conformità di appalti e subappalti, incluse raccolta, verifica e archiviazione della documentazione, oltre alla gestione delle eventuali non conformità; Assicurare che, prima dell'accesso in store, siano soddisfatti tutti gli obblighi del committente, compresa la gestione dei rischi interferenziali e della relativa documentazione; Collaborare con i Project Manager Retail interni, con gli Store Manager e i referenti dei clienti, per garantire che le installazioni rispettino standard, vincoli e specifiche del punto vendita/location.Requisiti Il/la candidato/a ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti: Esperienza di 5–7 anni in ruoli di gestione fornitori e coordinamento installazioni o servizi "on field"; Competenza nella gestione di appalti e reti di installazione distribuite sul territorio; Ottima conoscenza del settore retail, preferibilmente nei segmenti Consumer Electronics e Fashion/Luxury; Attenzione alla compliance e ai processi; Ottime capacità relazionali e di gestione delle risorse; Precisione, orientamento al dettaglio e capacità di analisi dei dati; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.Altre informazioni Pardgroup Spa informa che la ricerca è rivolta ai candidati di ambo i sessi (L. ****** e L. ****** )".
